Explain. How do you know the failsafe is working, because it stops the truck?
That could mean you need to replace all your batteries with new ones.

the truck does not stop steering and throttle servos go to neutral for a sec then everythig starts working tried the batteries also

NEVER mix batteries. If you put a weak one in it will quickly sap the power from all the good ones.
Only use brand name Alkaline or quality rechargeable.
No Dollar General crap, either.

invested in a ten dollar volt meter to check my batteries ..even when putting in fresh ones.. also good for checking re-chargebles too nothing worse than a bad cell causing expensive damage that can be easily prevented by knowing you using good cells.:)

i hear the "energizer bunny" pounding his rotten crappy little drum somewhere in this forum lol. sure wish i could catch the little "bleep" he keeps eating my garden!!!
