my parts came in today for my conversion, ill be posting pics as i go along!

OK I am still running my 2 speed from the original purchase was leery of the 3 speed but may consider it later.
 
i likey the three speed.just got the second one for the nitro as i only hear snaps when the brushless shifts.wanna hear the b.b nitro load up and down between shifts sounds great on utube,,,,,,,,,,,
