Hey! Yesterday, after cleaning my truck, i connected my battery in the opposite terminals and POOF! It started smoking. Do i need to completely replace my receiver or is there a way to repair it. ($40 is a lot). Btw I have an rf-40 receiver.

Once you let the magic smoke out, you can’t put it back in.
Time for a new receiver buddy.
 
So, I took my truck to the LHS and they said the servos were gone. Had to replace two of them. Damn they were expensive!
