Savage will not start?!?!?!?!?!?!?

No matter what it wont fire up. I have 4 shims and when the rotto start has the power to spin the engine it wont start for nothing. Could someone help me get this going? :smoke:

Hmmm i think i had the same problem at one time...not so sure what to do though...could have flooded it..yeah maybee some1 else can give u directions too what to do!

I'm sure you covered all the basic troubleshootings?(glow plug,ignitor charged?,idle gap,flooded?,getting fuel?, clean air filter?), how old is the engine, does it still have compression?

Let us remind, only use roto in increments of about 5 secs.

- Make sure you plug isnt soaked. (Engine flooded)
-Make sure you've got gas in your carb
-Pull your plug out and make a test spark to see if its working

try resetting the needles back to factory setings and try to restart it.

I dont want to because it will be the secound time I've had to reset the needles.

I found it.

HSN = 4 1/2 turns from close
LSN = 3 turns from close

It fired right up. Now I'm tunning.
