Does anyone know of a company that makes them and how they are? I'm mainly interested in getting one for the street cause I plan on getting maybe a Wasp .28 and the 3-speed tranny (if it ever comes out...lol) so I dont really want it to roll over w/ the slightest turn of the wheel and roll over at 30 mph into a brick mail-box, even tho it wudnt break...and it jus needs to be a bit more controllable on the track.

I've heard the sway bars that are available for the Savage bend really easy after a few jumps, rendering them ineffective. If you want a really good set-up for the street, just remove the spacer clips from your shocks to lower the truck and its center of gravity. You can also install some harder tire foams which will reduce the flexing of the sidewalls. I'm running trinity low roll foams in mine and I haven't flipped once on the street, even at full speed. The truck just slides and does a 180 instead.

ya, I've removed the shock clips before, but it still rolls a lot, It doesn't roll over anymore, but its jus kind of a slow response, I want the sway bar so I can get a real quick response while going fast. I know the savage isn't meant to be a real responsive truck like the Revo, but heck, savage is what I got, and savage is what I'll stick w/.

Nah, for a total of $60, I think I'll try to make my own outta stuff at home depot, and the lhs, and I'll try to make it relatively similair to the megatech one.

I have used sway-bars on my Savage from GPM that look just like the ones in the Tower link. They hold-up well during jumps, but because of the way they are mounted, if you land hard on your front or rear bumper, the center mounts can easily get bent. At the West Coast Bash, I ended up trashing both the front and rear sway bars after some not so good landings.

Cvec-7 Just get the ones from tower and replace the weak stablizer bar with some spring steel (music wire ) from your local hobby shop appox 1/8 thickness should take care of you chassic roll. Thats is what I did and they are holding up pretty good.
