does anybody know if its normal the the savage wont turn whens it just sitting there? cuz it turn ok when its goin, a lil weak but prolly just 4wd I'm not used to it yet, and my buddys steering does same thing but his turns a little more when its not moving and way sharper when moving, ok lemme no if this is bad or good

Most RTR kits have crappy radio gear unless you are talking about the LST or the GS STORM
Replace the Steering servo with a Metal geared ball bearing servo and use a 6v RX pack to get the full potential of the servo.
Hitec 645 MG or the digital 5645MG

Airtronics 94358 or 94357 will be cool

its normal.
just like a real car try steering when the car is not moving. its harder to steer then when the car IS moving.
same with the savage. if its running it wil be steering correctly.
just be sure you got a servo above 8kg pull power.
