Hey Guys, I guess finally winter is over and I'm trying to run my truck after sitting home for about 4 months...but the thing is i keep trying to turn it using roto start that is and it just wont turn on. I put a fresh glow plug and fully charged igniter...it turned on once and then it shut off. The thing i saw might be the problem is a missing screw in the heat sink, also it was spitting out fuel from the bottom of the heat sink...Could this be the problem? I have had a chance of running it after installing the new screw.

Hey but what do you mean? i have the screw now dont you think it should be fine now or i am screwed lol

Put the screw in with some blue loc-tite, and run it in tight.
 
Ye i have done that but havent tried to run it ever since but thanks for the advice bud. :D
 
Make sure all of the head bolts are tight while your at it. An engine won't have much of a chance at running with the head flopping around. Just don't get too crazy with tightening them down. You don't want to break one.
 
Thanks i will do that, i have had bad experience with my savage, my rs4 doesn't break down as much. Plus i want to change my rotostart to pullstart i think its better.
