savage ss build ?

ok i feel like such a noob .....this is really starting to piss me off

I'm building the savage ss and loving it to this point

but can someone please explain where part # 85047-2 goes? I've been through the book about a zillion times and can't find a referance to it

looks like a upper a arm without a turnbuckle........its on the outside of the a arms in this ad http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXDLC4&P=7

That part is a opition that you can use, you can either use the adjustable arm or that arm. That part is use on the RTR and adjustable is standard on the SS kit. I use that arm on the rear and the adjustable arm on the front.

thank you.....i knew id be able to find sanity here though it would be nice if the manual mentioned it

i have a lot of it built up but was glanceing ahead and noticed they were not mentioned and still laying on my table.. and thought id missed something

I would put on the adjustable all the way around. I got the rtr so i still have to buy them.
