Anyone know if the new Savage SS 4.6 kit will come with the primerless fuel tank on the 25 RTR or not? :shrug:

my savage ss .25 kit i bought at christmas has a primerless tank....

so i dont think they would go back to a primer tank
 
Hmmm...That's weird, I thought all SS kits came has a primer tank and all 25 RTRs had a primerless tank... :shrug:
 
I hope they don't come with a primer tank!
Thats just one more thing to leak...AC is yours on the way?
 
I'm the same as RP, my SS came with a primerless tank. I'd assume the new kit comes with one.
 
I thought HPI stopped making/selling the primer fuel tanks?

Personally, i like the tank with a primer on it. It's a bitch to get the fuel to the engine when the engine is new. Especially my Wasp .28, it's got SOOO much compression.
 
Ill no next week when my new savage gets here 4.6...my self I never did like the primer on the tmaxx .got rid of it after the 3rd tank
 
Damn, well I know i've "retired" from r/c cars, but when it warms up, we ought to do a bash, especially since you've got a savage...lol
 
Thanks guys, I hope it does come with a primerless tank just because it should help the self leaning problem with the primer tank.

ZANDOR, I am doing a trade with Bruce for mine. I'm trading my old hopped up savage for a new SS 4.6 kit. Details aren't set yet and he has to finish selling other ones he has so I might not get mine for a few weeks...:(
