I would get a new one if mine looked like that, but on the other hand if you dont mind the look, it can still hold up for a bit but dont fall upside down. Cuz u really gonna kill the poor thing...there not too expensive anyway!!

Honestly, that roll bar is a poor design and has a horribly mounting position.
