Hey people I was at my LHS tonight and it seems like I might have stumbled acrossed someone that may actually know what he's talking about when it comes to R/C instead of asking me for a dam part number when I ask if they have a part. Ok so I HATE the stock savage brake disc and they didn't have a vented rotor setup. So I asked if they had anything better and he said that using the Traxxas brake disc and applying some CA glue thinly to both sides of the barke disc would do some wonders and will work for some time to come. Has anyone done this or ever heard of doing it. I got the disc I am just a little unsure of myself in doing it.

Can not say I have every heard of applying CA to the sides of the disc. I have heard of using CA on the thin edge of the disc as that will help stop the disc from fraying or the layers of disc coming apart.

Dont know if you have the 21 or 25...my 25s (I have 2) brakes will actually flip the trucks forward if applied at certain times..otherwise,they stop when I want them to...:>) RCR

my stock brake will also flip the truck easily if applied hard, i think most people with brake problems are running low torque servo's i use a hitec 605 with the brakes adjusted very light to stop it from rolling when the brakes are hit
