the engine on my savage is being dumb. the 1st day after i got it fixed, everytime i tapped the gas it would shut off. it took 3 turns richer on the high speed to make it go anywhere. after this, it would have a lot of hanging rpms when i would richen it up...and bog down roght before it shifted if i leaned it up. when i got it so it wouldnt do either of these, it sounded good and everything, it wouldnt ever shift. now i just can't get it started. what could it be? someone i know told me to take apart and clean the engine out and degrease it and everything. could this help? oh, there are also a lot of bubbles in the fuel line

First, make sure the fuel lines do not have any cracks in them. That could be a cause of some problems. Second, make sure the fuel tank itself isn't cracked. Do you have a temp guage you could use? Sounds like it may have overheated a bit. Have you restarted to factory specs on the needles?

thats pretty much all done...i dont see a crack in the fuel tank..and i replaced the lines and filter. i also got a glow plug that is more appropriate for the engine it has. it still doesn't wanna work

i can't get this thing to do anything...I'm about ready to buy a new engine this is making me so mad

Time to check the stupid stuff then... Is your fuel fresh? Is the glow plug working, and is the ignitor working? Take out the plug and test it. Is the engine leaking anywhere? Maybe the idle is turned down too low. I'm just trying to give some suggestions here...

haha...i pretty much checked all but if the engine was leaking...i might take it apart clean it, then put back together..but i may also buy a new axial .28 or something

is there supposed to be a sealer between the exhaust and the engine? i saw something about an exhaust gasket and my exhaust fell off when the spring broke so i never even thought of it.
