ok I've gotten to be a bit of a engine pack rat, i have a ported .25 great top end but seems lacking on the bottom (may be my tuning  )

also have a xtm 24.7, grat engine easy to tune ...i just want more power

& just bought mr tmaxxes mach .26 engine to try it out ......here is my problem, it came with a roto start (or whatever mach calls it) & the engine does not fit the savy with the rotostart installed

I'm wondering would you buy a pullstart for the mach OR sell all three engines & get a picco .27? ....i think i pretty much want to here get the picco .27 ......

i guess the question is will a picco .27 be much better than a mach .26? ....

i just bash & while i like top end, a great bottom & middle are most important to me ....btw please dont respond with other high $$ engine sugjestions, I'm not going over around $170

thanks

i would say get the picco.i have seen the picco 26 in a savage and it is just awesome..non stop wheelies.and seeing how the picco 27 is stronger than the 26 i couldnt imagine how it would do

woohoo ..just got a NIB werks picco .27 on ebay for $130 shipped at the moment i have 4 engines for my savage :) ....when the snow leaves my savage will be rockin LOL

You will love the .27, awesome power throughout the rpm range. It's also easy to tune and start. Congats on the buy, $130 is a steal.

thanks for the reasureance, yeah i can't wait ...but in reality thay can send it carrier pigion ...or walk it here for that matter, because I'm not going to be able to use it for months probily ...**watches snow flying out window as he types** :(

i think you will very pleased with your purchase..I'm also thinking of getting the picco 27 to drop in my savage or monster gt
