Will the Savage front/rear hardened steel cv"x" driveshafts fit the Tmaxx 3.3. Thanks Alex

by modding them what do you mean because i would like to upgrade

....And for a rear center shaft (the only one you really need IMO) use an hpi 78mm dogbone with revo 5153r cups.

I heard to use a 77mm HPI dogbone with UE cups. Which length is right? Or will 1mm make that big of difference?

Also what dia of hpi dogbone. I've only found 8mm

Yeah the ue cups will wear better, not sure about diameter, but you can figure that out by looking up the traxxas cups. 77 or 78 is fine.

Thanks snook! (I asked the same thing over on the other site but haven't been able to get on there yesterday or today... :( )

Just ordered 2. Now I gotta get the UE cups on the way.

front center length?

I been using the 77mm HPI dogbone and revo drive cups for my rear center for about 1.5 gals so far with no problems or appreciable wear. +1 on these. However, I want to upgrade the front center, does anyone the length?

Which version do you have long or short. Also have to worry about the brakes too depending on the version you have it can be a PITA.

I have the long chassis (4908). Yeah the brakes may take some creativity. Any suggestions? I know the front does not usually need to be changed, but I'm about to put CVD's on the drive axles and kinda want everything consistent. Maybe I'm a little OCD but I think that tends tu happen among RC fanatics.
