I have a t-maxx 2.5 pretty much stock and it breaks all the time. i was wondering if i should just get a savage for bashin. any suggestions would help
 
hell yeah!!! savage is quit the tank , but every nitro truck is bound to beak sometime, one wrong landing , hit teh shocks on something and boom , broken , btu the savage is a good bashing truck , probably more reliable than the t maxx
 
Get the Savage! I had mine first then wanted to try out a Maxx (also a 2.5 version with a Sirio .18 upgrade) and I had a lot more breakage problems with it. If you spend all the money it costs for a Savage on upgrades to the Maxx, you can make it as reliable if not more so. For monster truck bashing, I'm sold on Savage.
 
yeah id go with the savage. its bigger heavier and can toss and drag a t maxx. big blocks rule!
 
If you do a search on savage vs maxx, you will find this has been disscussed many times. The short story is to go with the savage.
