i got a savage 25 last christmas and this christmas i got the 4.6 hpi engine

but the clutch bell does not spin freely and does not fit right with the spur gear i can't find out why?

if u know anything please help me.

Sounds like you need to shim your clutch set up. What gearing are you using?

and my mesh between the spurgear and clutchbell is to close so the engine dosent fit

i have try and it wont work, good for u that u got it to fit its hard.lol

besides the fitting issue, i would change one or both the spur & clutchbell. with that gearing & the 4.6 you would have a major wheelie machine.

with the higher power engines i think most run 18/49 clutchbell/spur

Might even go 18/47, I had 18/49 on my 4.6 and it would still wheelie like crazy. The Axial is getting 18/47 soon so I'll let you know how it works.
