Savage 4.6 won't start

Hi guys I need help I got a 4.6 savage rotastart it's got new glow plug glow plug heater is charged its got fresh fuel air filters are clean but she won't fire up. Can anyone help?

Must be the tuning then,is fuel coming out of the exaust?

Put the settings back to factory. (Usually means adjust HSN/LSN so they are flush and setting the carb to approx. 1-2 mm). And use the Troubleshooting Flowchart https://www.rcnitrotalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=60832#flowchart

I joined this site last year and the chart has helped me out a few times. Helps you get back to the basics and take it step by step.
