savage 3 speed

hie there
i have problem tuning my 3 speed gearbox on my savage x. i think he is always taking off from the 2ng gear (from the 2nd to 3rd). i have a lrp .28 spec 3 engine in it . any idea . plz help. :\

I had one that did the same thing, it was actually shifting from first to second so quick i couldn't tell it was shifting, I am pretty sure you can adjust that, but you may have to take the trans apart. from 2nd to 3rd is a easier adjustment. the engine you have is a stout one, i was told thats why it didnt sound as if mine was shifting but it was. hope this helps. mackdaddy66
