Savage 3 Speed Transmission

Hey all I am building a savage XL and I want to know if you can buy different gear ratios for the 3 speed.

The stock gears for the transmission are
1st 18/44
2nd 21/41
top 24/38


My question is can I buy a
16/46ish 1st gear
23/38ish 2nd gear
28/34ish top gear

so the rpm drop between each gear is more. Does any company make custom gears or is there a way to put in different gear ratios or "it is what it is" ?

And that would be so so expensive!

I wanted to have my 3.3 cooling head redone or re-made and he told me at least $400 so plan on at least that.. And thats from a true machine shop.

i just added a steel first gear if you need to replace the 44t plastic 1st,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
