Who Has A Stock 25 And Can Pull Wheelies If So What Gears Are You Running Alot Of People Say No Wheelie Some Say Yes But In Grass. I Am Talking Dirt Or Pavement I Run 15/49
Let Me Know Thanks Tom

I have a new savage X and right after breakin I could pull and hold wheelies on grass, asphalt and sometimes loose dirt. I'm running stock gearing. on my old 25 I could also pull some massive wheelies. but after the roll cage and 40 series wheels, Wheelies are just a memory. I have upgraded my old savage with a 4.6HO and 16 48 gearing, But still no wheelies. But it did blow a diff to pieces.

If you want to wheelie even better than that on dirt get yourself the Novak rs .28 its the best motor in Sa at the momement it makes your savage 25 wheelie anywhere!!

My stock S-25 would not wheelie with 15/49 until......I replaced the stock clutch with a three shoe clutch, then it would wheelie almost on command. Wheelies are only fun for a little while though, they get old pretty quick, seeing as how you can't steer with the wheels hangin out in space.

likencnitro said wheelies suck after awhile
but if your want command wheelies then just swap out the 49t for a 52t and keep the 15t bell, but it will hurt the topend but it will wheelie on command

When I got my ss 25 i used stock 15, 49 and it would wheelly on comand, I think I got a good motor. but got really old and it trashed my body fast......

Oh, that's right! I'm not trying to start a flame war, so my apologies if it's taken that way. For some reason, as soon as I saw the subject line of this thread, good 'ol kurt jumped into my head!

Hey I remember.....

Run 2 or 3 tanks in a Savage and be an instant expert. :hehe:

All of my wheelies have been in the grass. I guess the back wheels get more traction? Even got lucky and
rode them a bit. Have to work the throttle, but it's fun for a while.
