Savage 25 Tuning Help

So my friend gave me his old savge 25 ss that he built a few years ago when it first came out. He hasnt ran it in at least 3 years he says. I can get the truck to start up fine and idle, but after a good 30 seconds or so it starts making weird noises and going by itself. The throttle trim is at zero the idle gap is 1mm and i have been tuning it according to rolexs tuning flow chart. I just need a little help. Here is a video to show you what is sounds like.

Will it run without the glow ignitor? Is it a NEW glow plug?
Are you using brand new fuel?

Cool, I like your attached video Maybe something to do with the clutch springs ? Not sure. What about an air leak even ?

I can ran it without the glow ignitor I kinda forgot to take it off for the video lol. The glow plug is brand new and the fuel is brand new as well. When I got the truck from my friend, I got all new goodies for it.
