ok i am thinking about trading in my .21 for a .25, my question is do i take everything off the .21, i went to their website and they told me to remove the pipe, flywhell, clutch, do i need to remove EVERYTHING ON THE ENGINE? also when i do recieve my .25 will it come with the clutch and the flywheel and the 3 shoes(everything assemble or would i have to reput it back together?

my next question is, once i get my .25 i really want it to do wheelies, so what kind of clutch and spur gear should i get?

Remove clutch bell, cluch, clutch nut, flywheel, header and pipe. All they want is just the engine. AFAIK, No you will not receive the 3 shoe clutch. All you are doing is upgrading the engine. If you want the 3 shoe clutch you will have to buy that from your LHS or online.

I picked up my 25 RTR three shoe clutch and flywheel on ebay from hobbieguyrc and I think shipped it was $14.00. You won't find it cheeper anywhere trust me. Tower wants like $18.00 than you have to pay for shipping on top of that.

Well pissant if you are running the stock savage 21 gearing 14T Bell and 52T spur you should be doing wheelies in no time. If you are running higher gearing than you may want to gear it down.

i have another question, can i switched my old head on my .21 to my .25 with no problems (same with my tsais pipe) and can i use my .21 pullstart on the .25 engine? THANKS!

one reason i am getting a new engine becuase my engine is so messed up, it over heats, runs for 5 mins and i have not gotten it doing wheelies!

Yes the pullstart will work no problem. If you are running the stock 21BB head I don't see why you would want to use it. If you have upgraded the head than yes you can still use it on the 25 it is the same bolt pattern. Yes you can use your pipe on it too.

yes everything will fit on the s 25. I got mine off ebay and with 15/52 gearing mine doesn't have a problem popping wheelies. I just finished breaking it in and tuning it today. It was worth the $100

15/52 gearing on my stock 25 pulls some nice wheelies. The 52 is a fun offroad spur.
