Trying to get the savage to shift but will not went back to factory and tryed everything but still wont shift so I decided to pull the transmission but I can't get the driveshafts off of the transmission they will not come out of the drive cups(I think that's what they are called) removed grub screw and they still wont come off any help would be appreciated thanks.

Sounds like you're on the tight track for taking the shafts off. Sometime you need to wiggle them our or spray some WD40 into the drive cups to looen the gunk that's collected there out. You jmay have to loosen the tranmission itself to allo the dogbones to fall ou of the cup.

Make sure it's not stuck in second gear. I’ve had this problem before. Also the 2 speed is very sensitive. The slightest turn can make all the difference.

I've already taken all the screws out of the transmission but it still will not come loose I will try and shoot them with WD-40 and see if there is any gunk in their they would move but would not come out. Also I am new to working on Savages because I own a T-maxx I'm working on the Savage for a friend of mine. The drive cups should they just slide off towards the diffs or what I really don't have a clue.

Pretty much, They've probably got a little bit of rust in ther causing it to stick.
