So is this the engine and conversion or just the conversion? Also I would like to know a little about this engine, fuel consumption must be huge but is it a torque monster or speen mongrel?

No that's just the TVP's and a motor mount with a rear dogbone. You will still need to buy all the drivetrain parts.

It states on the page what you will need to buy
"You will also need the engine TTR9447, manifold TTR1351, and pipe TRM503P to complete this conversion. Engine requires a 6mm hex driver for a drill start. (TTR25261) "

Keep in mind that you're also going to need to replace several parts that they didn't list.

If it was my truck, I wouldn't go with this kit. I would install a 3 speed tranny, lowered and extended TVP's, the LST shock conversion, and a really slick .28 race spec big block.

hmm. I think it may not be exactly right for my application. But I would like to know a little more about this engine. I mean, what would this engine be the best for? Why would sombody want such a huge engine?

It appears that they're not making that engine anymore or anything close to it, the closest thing they're advertising is a .50
