Same Frequency...now what?

My friend has a T-Maxx and he wants to change his frequency so me and him can both bash together...(my radio can control his truck, and his radio can control my truck)...I've looked at the crystals on horizon hobby, and i dont think that you get the crystal for the transmitter AND reciever together...what do i do...he needs to order them soon...can someone make me 2 links, one for the TX, and one for the RX...because i dont know which ones work together...

can someone please help us?

that set will give you 3 channels to use....handy if you go to a track

sweet...all i have to do is buy that crystal set for like $27 and we can bash together?

does it have come with a crystal for the TX and RX in order for it to work...or do i only need one for th RX?

You will need the RX & TX crystal to work. And yes if u buy the set u will be able to bash together. The set looks like u get all 6 Freq.

yes, when you buy a set of crystals their is one for the RX and one for the TX

Make sure you get the right Frequency crystals the one plaidfish showed are 27mhz# most run on 75 mhz..So befor you order them check out you radio to see what you have!

When you install them, look on their pull tabs. One is Tx, and the other is Rx. They won't work if switched.

You do not have to buy all 6 freq. to run together. If you have a hobby shop nearby, they should carry the crystals for the traxxas receiver, and they do not cost much. And yes, you get both crystals.

27 isn't bad though for all 6!!!!
I might be interested in taking a set off of you if you don't need it!!
