s-maxx tranny problem

hi there i have the s-maxx and i shredded the spur gear so i changed it for a new one, now my truck wont move the spur gear spins fine but the truck doesn't move but when i spin the wheeld manually the spur gear spins so I'm confused, any help would be great, thanks

Is your slipper clutch too loose?

I noticed some people forget to put the little pegs in the spur gear. but also what frickenjoey said its probably the spur gear isnt tightened enough.

Yeah thanks it was the little rubber bits in the new spur gear were missing so I just put the ones in outta the old 1 thanks for the help

You really should put new friction pegs in the spur and use all 12 of them to.
