S-25 tunning problems???

I have did afew different things to my Savage and now I can't find any tune..First I changed the Cooling From a HUGE AMCNC one to a small stock Force(the AMCNC fell apart) I changed fuels to Sidewinder 30% from Bryon 30%(had the same problem with a tank of bryon)..

Now the problem when I go to tune it it tunes perfect for about 2-3mins then the temps go UP..so I try riching it up and it will get better then the temps goes UP I kept doing this until the point that my engine was so rich it really didnt have any power..I even start a 5 tuens out HSN and 3 turns out LSN(stock settings)

How high do the temps go? If its 240 - 250 dont worry about it . I dont worry until i hit 260.

dont have a temp gauge I was doing the boil method(drop afew drops of water on the cooling head and count how many seconds it take to boil away) and it was boiling away in 5-10 seconds..Where it should take a least 20-25 seconds..so I'm thinking its at around 280-300 degrees
