Welcome in @Pkezzy23 , I would start with removing the air filter and look down the carb and see if you have about a 1mm gap when its in the closed position. I use a paper clip to set mine close to factory. Also you might check your transmitter and make sure the throttle trim is set to zero, it may be set too high.
