I am aware that there has been 2 other threads started like this and it seemed like every one here hated it or thought it was stupid or pointless

but I have grown to really enjoy runescape( http://www.runescape.com/ ) and have started to wonder if any one here plays?

and if any one wonders my name on there is also "scoobydoo2u"
 
sorry not my kind of game , i tried , but i can't get into to it.

My kids play.........while I work to fill the fridge and keep the electricity on.

Yea I understand..
I didn't like it either when i first started but I got bored one day and now I'm really hooked.. been playing around 3 years now:)

Its no fun when you first start but when you understand the game and especially when you pay for members benefits (5$ a month)

I guess what I like so much about it is the fact that it can't be beat there is always something to do.

Every other game that I have played that I enjoyed got boring after it was beat..
 
well to be honest i was never a rpg kind of guy , I'm more into the racing games, fast cars and hopping up your rides.

you can pay $15 a month for a much better gaem (WoW) and of course the cost of the game itself. It is so worth it.

yea.. I'll stick with runescape.. I have seen WOW and I wasn't impressed at all.. Actually i was disappointed in it..

If thats what you enjoy then thats cool but I am definitely sticking with runescape.

I love racing games as well but I like Runescape to play in the after noons and at night.
 
I've been playing WOW for the last few months and enjoy it, but the game I'm really waiting for it Madden 08 :D

Forgive my ignorance, but is this some kind of "character" game? If I have to remember how many spells I have, I'm just lost (I guess I'm just old!)

Doesn't anyone just play Pong anymore!
