Run away T maxx

I have been having some issues with my T-maxx 3.3. I have replaced the Clutch shoes twice now, but engines still revs up after warming up. It revs up so much that I am unable to stop the truck and it runs away from me. I do not believe its a radio issue because I am able to turn. I Checked the slipper clutch and Its tight. I can barely move it. Major damage to front end was done today because of this issue. Could really use some help. Thank you

Make sure the carb is not loose and turning after the eng gets warm, also you may have a air leak causing a high rev.
