I'm wanting to get a failsafe and a rechargable RX pack for my RS4evo. i plan on getting the venom vfs failsafe, but i dont know what kind of pack i need for my reciever. flat or hump? and whats a good but reasonably cheap charger for the pack.

I have an RS4 3 RTR and I fit a 2x3 6.0v hump in my battery box just fine.
As for a charger, there are good options. I used a SuperBrain 959 for a long time without problem. Just one option. I would at least suggest a peak-detection charger with the capacity to charge many different kinds of cells. No doubt you can find reasonable chargers out there for $50-$60 at this point.

I had a 3/2 hump pack in my receiver box of my RS4 3 before I upgraded to the carbon fiber upper deck, it fit just fine. Now I have a Venom 1400 flat pack.

ok, cool, hump pack it is then...i dont really need a charger that will charge different kinds of batteries, cuz the hump pack will be the only one i'll need to charge. i dont plan on getting another car anytime in the near future, and i was going to buy some AA rechargables for my radio since i can't find the pack that fits it. its the stock airtronics blazer sport radio. it has a charging jack but i just can't seem to find the pack specifically for it. unless one of the packs for another one of their radios fits it?
