does anybody know what it is because the homepage works but none of the links off that page work. I keep getting "WEBSITE NOT RESPONDING".

I want to see if i can get 3 RPM tims replaced (stablemaxx) cause i cracked a few at the hub.

The site appears to be down, give it a few hours. It should be up by tommorrow at the latest.

Are these the rims you purchased from me?

I could not get through to their site either, but I did find this information for you...

yea.

I have that one that you sent and I've cracked 2 others. I replaced one with a new one you sent but i need another replacment so i have to send them in for some

Sorry to hear that you cracked more of them. Must be a monster of a truck, that Savage of yours.

You can send them to the address above and they will take care of them from there. Include a letter explaining the problem so they do not just think someone sent them back some product.

Aside from that, I would call the number listed above in the morning and see if they can give you any better advice on how to take advantage of their warranty program.

yea i think its prob the extra power of the Picco .26 i slapped in there and the ravaging it takes at the track.

Thanks alot for the address and phone number!

Oh also what do you mean by "take advantage of thier warrenty program"?

Their warranty program is what allows you to get a free replacement for any RPM part that you manage to break. Taking advantage of it means that you will be making use of that program. That is all I meant.

By calling them, they can tell you what requirements (if any) there might be with respect to shipping address, packaging, letter of explanation, etc.

No worries.

If you are still having trouble getting your RB engine, let me know. I'll check my LHS and see if they have one in stock. You may be able to buy direct from them. They do ship just about anywhere. Let me know.

If your LHS has one and would ship out to me that would be great! Which in return means i dont have to worry about waiting a month to get it from ACE like I've heard from other people. That is if the price is the same of less than ACE. If you LHS has a website you can drop it her.

Debbie's RC World

They are closed Wednesdays and Thursdays to restock. They carry almost every RB product I have ever seen online; so they just might have your RB engine.

You can reach them at (757) 340-6681

I just checked out their site, and it seems they have added an online catalog and allow for online shopping. The problem is they do not have RB Concept listed in their catalog, so I do not know what is going on. I bought my RB engine and other stuff there...so I am almost 100% positive that they will have your engine. The problem is that they are in the process of moving locations, and I can't say for certain that they decided to continue carrying RB products.

Give them a call on Friday.

hey sky thanks for the link they have a wide varity of listings (the site is now in my favorites) ill order something from there. But i can't seem to find one RB product on their RB isnt even in the manufacturers list.

I noticed that also and commented to that affect in the post above yours. I intend to give them a call on Friday, also. I had intended to buy another RB engine from them and am sad to see them not listed. I am hoping that it was an oversight or some limitation placed on them by RB. If they have stopped carrying RB engines, I might actually be forced to shop online...ouch.
