decided to switch my picco 28 to a roto start. since its based on a .21 block, will the .21 picco roto-start backplate work on the .28?

Isnt the .28 a big block and the .21 still a small? How could the backplates interchange? I'm just guessing they wont. But I've been wrong before! Not afraid to admit it if I'm wrong again.

picco advertises 28 power out of a 21 block? i dunno i just start em and drive em. maybe fix em every few minutes or so
