Roll cage building?

Anyone built a full cage for a project? What did you use and how did you join the tubes? I'm thinking of using aluminum for ease of bending and weight control. Any ideas?

I think scale builders guild has videos on brazing and soldering this such thing.

I used a small hand tubing bender made for bending car brake lines to bend aluminum tubing & delrin tubing for RC stuff. Works great.

I've built many roll cages in my days . But I'm a certified ,MIG TIG SHORT ARC AND SMAW...Steel tubes.I brazed them together. aluminum I would tig.I used tube benders to bend most or the horn on my anvil 60lber.I have the ability to weld 2 razor blades together at the sharp end..a skill I've spent 50 years Mastering..good .luck.. a propane torch and some brazing rods will do the job...
