Roll Bar

I have just bought a roll bar from ebay ( could be a bad move ) and I can't for the life of me figure out how to fit it. There's a picture of it in my gallery. The bar that comes away from the main structure looks like it's supposed to screw onto the top of the suspension but it comes out at such an angle that the engine is in the way. Anyone got any ideas, suggestions or even web sites which can tell me how to fit it???

you have to make the bar thing go to the front of the savage. i saw some pictures of a savage with that on there and the bar goes to the front.

Rob i have that exact roll bar on my savage now. That thing is soo strong. It mounts farther back on the chassis than the old roll bar and the attcahes to the front shock tower. You use the screws that hold the shocks on. Just take off the nuts, slide the roll bar on, the screw the nuts back on. Oh yea i used longer hardened steel machine threaded screws for more strength, where it mounts to the chassis.
