All this talk about the Great White pyro gone bad in Rhode Island talk has gotten me all nostalgic. I can still remember videos from the 80's so clearly today.

Anyone remember the Motley Crue video shout at the devil? When that pentagram came flying off the drum kit and was on fire...I thought I had seen pure evil, yet I was strangely attracted to it.

Tawny Kittane anyone??? Those Whitesnake videos, especially "in the still of the night" where she is rolling around on the hood of the car, and she pulls DAvid Coverdale into the backseat.....man did that chick do something for me when I was 14.

Anyone else have a rock video from the 80's that you remember very clearly?

Dude I loved all thei Whitesnake Videos.. Thats some air gitar music if there ever was any ...IN the still of the night i hear the wolf howl honneyyyy sneaking around your dorararoorrrr ...

My favorites We crew Videos Also GIRL GIRLS GIRLS but the BEST ever was Wils SIDE with Tommy spining in the drum cage I saw one of those concerts AWSOME.. The bad ass chicks in leather braws mmmmm mmmm good like cambels soup..

Also any Of the G-N-R videso that is my favorite group of all time... Well the orgianl group anyway.. Nothing like axel screehing with slash cutting up the guitar.. X

Also those querrs that did sweet chery pie she HAD MEGA BODY..X

Damn I feel young. I am only 24 but I can't remember half of those songs. My favorite videos though were always AC/DC. For some reason their songs always got me pumped up and the last video I remember from G N R was November rain which was cool for about 10 minutes then I was just waiting for the damn thing to finish. By the way did anyone else see Bruce Sprinstein on the grammys last night? He is singing some gay music nowadays. I was telling my wife about how I used to jam to "Born in the USA" and now he is doing some La La La crap. Anyway at least he is still jamming at his age.

Man How do you go from being that fine to this

"aces high" by iron maiden sticks out in my mind. i can remeber my anti-metal dad claiming it was his favorite song. i think he liked it for all the war footage in the vid.

I remember the Home Sweet Home video. I thought that the Crue had turned gay with that glam look, but seeing that chick pull up her shirt and then the look on Tommy Lee's face was enough to send me running to the bathroom.

The Warrent video Cherry Pie...that was Bobbi Brown...she was pretty hot.

I remember when MTV came on the air Aug 1st 1981. Damn I feel old. I was always a headbanger, any metal videos could keep me entertained for hours. Man if I only had the money I spent on concerts in those days!

X if you are a crew fan you gotta love the Live Wire video when Nikki Sixx lights his pants on fire. And welcome to the jungle is one of the best songs ever from that time period. I always thought of Whitesnake as a Led Zeppelin wannabe band, I never really liked them much, but Tawney did look damn hot in that video. My favorite band from the 80s by far is Iron Maiden.

iron maiden rock, nc. awesome musicians. bruce dickinson is probably the best frontman ever.

Grinch I have seen them live about 7-8 times and they put on a hell of a show. Another awesome stage show was Ronnie James Dio. Man I need to go dust off some of the old cds

He's got that great "metal yell", but he is not really great eye candy so to speak.

i've been on a big i.m. kick lately. i've never seen them live.:depress: i have seen the "live after death" video though, and i can only imagine what it must have been like to be there.

i hear they are going on tour one last time with sum 41.

So what was the first video they played? C'mon. This one's easy trivia...

I remember way too many videos. Bands like Human League, Adam and the Ants, Madness, Pat Benetar, Eddie Money, Meatloaf, UB40, Wham!......

Need I go on???

OHHHHH!!! And who can forget "Once In A Lifetime" by Talking Heads???

And you may ask yourself
How did I get here??????

It's all good stuff...

Video killed the Radio Star . by the buggles

I will even tell you the second one YOU BETTER RUN ...by pat Benatar...X

Good job X. I brought that up because it's always the first video I think of when I think back to the 80's. Still a very cool song.
