Rim question...offset

What does 1/2 offset mean on a rim? How do you tell which offset the rims are?

Use something with a straight edge(ruler or small square) to lay across the back of the rim and measure to where the hex seats in. That's your back spacing.

So if it measures 1/2 inch it would be 1/2 offset?

You got it. Make sure your measuring all the way inside the hex hole.
