i had an assult charge come up and bite me pretty hard, the deuch bag finally pressed charges and i got the book thrown at me, for the reasons i do'nt want to discuss. but all is well now, i'm on parole for teh next 5 years and then probation for 3 years after that. . .

Yeh true that. U gonna hold back of the drinking for next few years or was it that time of the month type situation? Hope he got 8 years worth of assaulting btw
no he didn't get jack out of it, he only got probation and community service cuz it was his head that broke the table and the window at the bar. . .so it worked out i suppose. . .and as far as keeping my temper on hold, my doc put me on mood stabilizers to help out with that so hopefully it works

I'm on 300 mg of lithium twice a day to keep me calm. I guess it works a little because if i dont take it i notice a difference in my temper. I still get pissed at nothing but not so often as without it. For my insomnia I'm taking a 1mg kolonapin at bedtime and it knocks me out pretty good!
