ok i have a question.... my roommate has the revo 3.3 and we can't get this thing to run decent. we're having a hard time getting it tuned. As of now we can't get the truck to stop running hot, we try to richen up the truck and it shuts off or it will stumble at WOT. So when the revo shuts off, we let it cool off and try to start it back up. I have to pull the glow plug out and get all fuel out of the head, and then on the first pull it will start right up, every single time. sorry this is so long thanks for all of the help!

Put your needles back to the factory setting then retune, once you get the high speed needle set richin the low side a bit it may help with the over heating.

It could be your glo plug. If the glo plug is not the right heat range it will make it run funny or not at all. Try a McCoy 59 , or an OS # 8 or maybe even an OS# 9
