I took my truck out the other day and tried to run it. Could not get the engine to turn over. Changed the glow plug same thing. Checked to see if plug was getting hot and it was not. I'm using the ez-start system and would like to know if anyone know's how to fix this problem(not heating glow plug). Any help would be great.

I had the same problem with my cheezy start, it would turn the engine over but the glow plug lite would not come on. Checked the glow plugs with a continuity tester & they were good. I put a pull start on mine and really like it. :2cents:

Keep the EZ Start to turn over the motor and get a good glow plug ignitor. If that does not work you might be flooded.

Same opinion here. That's what I had to do. There's a problem with some of them. If it's new, take it back and get a new one. The circuit board inside often fails, and even though it still spins the engine, it puts no power to the glow plug. If you use a separate ignitor, the EZ start lasts much longer, since no current is drawn for the plug.

Thank's guy's .I called traxxas and they are sending a freebie since it's less then a month old. I also found one on e-bay for $3.Once they go I will be using a glow plug igniter.Thank's again guys.
