revo with picco .26 max problem

This is the one complaint I have with my Picco. You need to rotate the pin on the carb until you find just the right angle thats lets it open and release fully.I think the Tekno throttle linkage would work well here but you need a mount that has the two tapped holes to make it work right.I think the new era mount has em.I have a JR 9100S on mine and it ripped the shoulder screw right out or the mount.I used a shoulder screw from a TMAXX shock mount to replace the stripped one.You may need to rotate the carb slightly aslo.

I was fooling with mine today and switched the aluminum throttle arm out for a stock plastic with bearings installed and I got her sliding like silk. Now the OWB froze and I think it screwed up my engine.:\

I have the exact same problem with my Dynamite Platinum .28 Revo. doesn't open all the way, (despite adjusting all linkages and recentering servo etc. I was going to put spektrum in it so I could adjust the EPA's.
I'll try the carb thing first though, it looked ok but it might just be a bit out...
Thanks
