i had the idea today to bolt the pins in and then see if i could find another screw to go on top of the pin and basically use that as a jam nut but the hexes are not deep enough to allow that. I took all the pins out and hit them on the wire wheel on the die grinder, cleaned all the hexes in our parts cleaner and then cleaned that off with brake cleaner. I ended up staying late helping one of the guys finish installing a motor in a van so i did not get a chance to try the truck out. This will give the loctite a full 24hr cure time. If they get loose again this time i am going to have to find a new way to secure the hexes to the axle as this is getting annoying. When there nice and tight the wheels have absolutely no wobble to them and this is the way i want them.

well it seems i have figured out my issue. I had to buy a new LF halfshaft today. It came with a new pin. Put it together and didnt use loctite, i have 3 tanks on it and its still tight. The issue is the holes in the end of the shaft where the pin goes through are wallered out. This is causing the pins to not fit tight and then causing them to back out. So i need to buy 3 more of the ends for all my halfshafts.
