Revo size??

Hey guys, just curious on what scale the revo is, and also to witch other brand m/t's is its competition... Thanks!

It's a large 1/10 scale, it's competition would be any of the other major MTs, Savage, T-Maxx, MGT.

With a Big Block engine mount you can fit almost any nitro engine.

The OS .21 TM is a direct bolt in and will use the accessories that came on the TRX 3.3. The Picco .26 Maxx or JL Red Dot will require a big block motor mount. All three of these engines are great quality and have more power than the stock TRX 3.3.

Well, I have a picco .28 lying around, but I don't know if the internals will hold up...

rebuild it then. new piston/sleeve and bearings while ur at it. also check the crank and rod.

No I mean the revo's drivetrain, the picco is brand new, still in its box, I don't even think the crank has been turned even once...

oh, the drivetrain should hold up, if it breaks then replace it. till then leave it.

just make sure ur slipper isnt extremely tight

That's a lot of motor for a revo, you'll need a nice bb mount and exhaust to make it happen.

Suggestion Vector I would run the 3.3 after you get chassis ready for what ever kind of track you are gonna run then if you think you are ready put the ponys to her. Just a suggestion now could save you a bit of $$$.

dude, i had a few revos with lrp .30s and the tranny and drivetrain held up great, and i didnt baby it by anymeans, so if they lasted through that, I'm sure the os 21tm will be fine..
