Revo seems locked up

If anyone cans please help me.i cranked it up for about 30 seconds then tipped it up on its side to change srevo and the nitro leaked out and filled up carb now when i try to pull the pullstarter it wont budge. Is it locked up or what can i do?

remove the glow plug and pull it a few times to clear it out.

make sure when you take out the glow plug and turn your engine over that it's not facing towards you or you'll have nitro all over you.

Make sure it is not top dead center. Move the flywheel
