when its on ground it acts like its flooded.have to pick it up to start cause the wheels want to turn like the throttle is stuck but its not red lining i drop it it takes off like its at a 1/4 throttle or less at idle.and when it does go the first good hit shuts it off.i justed replaced the clutch and it ran fine.it sort of took a hard hit on the right rear side and it turned off and thats what startsd this i think.whats not allowing it to sit still at idle?clutch maybe?something is not allowing it to disengage

it wouldnt be the slipper clutch would it? it would be the clutch in the bell housing right?so tired of taking this thing apart you can only thread into plastic so much!

probably either the clutch system being stuck in the engage position my guess is you jarred the spring loose

yeah take apart you drive train from the engine and check out that your CB moves by itself with no holdups and inspect the shoes and spring. if that checks out move to the slipper and make sure there is some play in it. i had that same problem and it was from me over tightening my slipper

yeah i just got the rear differential out i have the integy locking diffs i thought maybe something got stripped cause the rear drive went out the only thing i seen was one of the outer bearings got hot and melted the bulkhead.well I'm going to take the tranny apart just to look for saw dust.

broke clutch shoe! spring still intact broke at the hole.is there a better brand then traxxas?

i got the integy 3 shoes clutch. it was about 17-18 bucks at my LHS and it really works like a dream. can definetly tell the difference from stock

yeah i had the integy 7075 one on my tmaxx wheelies like no other just sheer power to the ground
