How long do YOU need to charge the lipos first time. When fully charged how long is generally run time before needing to recharge?

If you charge them at their rated capacity (4000 mAH charged at 4 amps for example), it should take about an hour to charge the battery. For LiPo packs, I would always recommend a good balance/charge for them.
