Today I ran full speed, head-on into my buddys t maxx. The only thing that happened to the REVO was a broken bumper mount, my buddys t maxx on the other hand was messed up. It tore the whole front end of his truck off! Broken bulkhead, a arms, stock tower, bent all shock rods and broke the shock caps. The REVO is killer.

Lol. What angle were you coming from? Also you are in alaska so temps are lower right?

It looked like it was about head-on. He was pissed at first, but i told him i would fix it. It was just funny to see how messed up that thing was. The temps here yesterday were mid 30's to just below freezing.

After this past weekend at the West Coast Bash, I can safely say that the Revo is one tough truck even in its stock form. We had three of them out there and they sure took a beating. A stock T-Maxx would have most likely had broken arms, bulks and shock towers.

So far, it is tougher than an LST as well in my book. I took one jump with my LST and snapped both the upper and lower arms on the L/F as well as bending the tie rod. I will get it back together and try it again. It could have been just a fluke.

The Revo gets a big thumbs-up in my book. I am glad I bought one.

And how, may I ask, did you crash into him head on at full throtle?

It was pitch black out. Its getting dark out here at about 6:30 now and i couldnt see him. I had my LED's on but he didnt have his on.

me and my friend can have a huge empty lot and we still end up running into each other every other minute. this means the r/c's and each others legs.

Robmob,
A guy I know had bought an LST about a month ago and has had nothing but problems with it. "When" it runs, it's not for very long, as it is easily damaged. I just bought two Revo's two weeks ago at a local dealer, that's were I met the above mentioned guy w/ the LST. He and his friend where at the same store looking for a truck for his buddy to buy. His bud picked up the Revo. It has been two weeks since then and he has replaced the front a-arms twice , shock towers once and several other parts in addition, his friends Revo has not neede a thing.
Yesterday was the first time I've seen him since our 1st meeting. He ha since bought a Revo and loves it. After 45 minutes of serious Revo bashing, he broke out the LST. It lasted all of 15 minutes before breaking the right front upper control arm, a part he said he had just replaced days ago.
I'm very suprised to see such a poorly thought out design being released to the public from Losi, as I had always been immpressed with their quality. The LST has some srious issues that need to be addressed. It looks to me as thow they need to re-design their suspension components ASAP!

PS,
Sorry for the poor spelling and grammer. I was typing to fast.
PSS.
The Revo's have been run repeatedly with zero damage or loss of use.
