revo keeps stalling

alright here goes again, i took it out today in a parking lot and got the following results, (keep in mind its minus 7 farenheit). i finally got the hsn down but couldnt keep the truck idling long enough to get lsn set right, it keeped stalling everytime i would just sit and idle. Coul it the cold , i didnt wrap the head it seemed pretty hot still , i had the smoke stream the whole time . so all in all its the idling problem i guess i can't keep it more than 4 or 5 secs without it stopping , any ideas . by the way i picked a glow plug ignitor maybe better than ez , and if i would reduce the idle speed to stop it from jumping foward it would just cut off, It might be the weather. have a temp gun? if not you should get one and see what its running atif its to cold then wrap the head in a paper towel or the leg of a baby sock leave the top of the head exposed

thats about the only thing i dont have yet but its next on the list . iwill try again tomorrow and give feed back again

Also might want to try a new glo plug something hoter might help. I think a MC-8 will work, I think its a hotter plug. Hope this helps a little.
