hello I'm new to this hobbie and i have two revos with the 3.3 engines .what i want to know is has anyone out there ever put diff type engine in a revo ,,maybe tell me what type how it can be done???
 
LRP .28, with big block 068 pipe , big block clutch and bell and you wont be disappointed. Oh with an new era mounted and hitec 645mg throttle and brake servo
 
And its pretty easy, but watch out its very powerful. I can't keep tires on the rims and driveshafts from not breaking. But it is alot of fun. I'm geared at 18/36 and it pulls wheelies so easy.
 
An easier option is to go with the O.S 21tm engine, less mucking around & no changing anything, it drops straight in & the easy start can also be used on it, less likely to break as many parts to. I just done it with mine & have just about got the engine fully broken in, well pretty much done, has had 7 tanks & is going great. Just a bit more tuning.
