Looking for your preference and/or suggestions.

I'm prepping a Crowd Pleazer body for my Revo and am wondering if I should cut the EZ start hole out or grind the EZ start lip off the body post.

Truly, I'm in the middle right now. I'd rather not cut the opening out of the lid because I'd like a nice, clean look to it, but at the same time, I don't want to risk the integrity og the body posts by removing too much material.

Additionally, is there any risk to a Sharpie bleeding through the protective film if I draw me design out? This is the first time I'm using my own design and I don't know if Sharpie ink will bleed through.

Thanks!

First, Sharpies work great for sketching out your design. It won't smear or smudge. But it's not totally permanent. If you don't like the design, you can wipe it off with denatured alcohol. It won't permeate the overspray film so no problems there.

Now, I don't have a Revo so I don't know what the rear body mount looks like but the big question is are you still going to use the EZ start? If so, you'll have to decide if you want to pull the body every time you want to start it. I guess it's looks vs. convenience.

Ah, I'm a boob! Forgot to mention, EZ start is out! Converted to a rotostart.

Thanks for the tips on the Sharpie, Candyman! I appreciate it!

I shaved my REVO so I dont have to cut the EZ start holes. Keep the body strong and save cutting another hole.

can you replace the tower w/ a front set?
I did that w/ my RPM towers on the mutant maxx.....
are the front rear towers the same on teh revo
